Order and Delivery
Yes, this is possible within 12 hours after placing your order. Contact us immediately if you would like to cancel. If 12 hours have passed we are unable to cancel it as it will be shipped after this time. A refund for a cancelled order will take some days depending on your payment method.

Because we have customers all over the world, we ship from two central distribution centres in the world, in Asia and in Europe. Depending on stock in the warehouses, or where we have to ship to, delivery time can take longer than you might be used to. Please find the delivery time per country in the Order and Delivery section
99% of our orders are delivered within the expected delivery time. Sometimes an order is delayed in the delivery process. You can check the status of your order on your personal order page on the website or track it with your email address and order number in the Track your Order section.
Haven't you received your order in over 21 days after your order date?
Because we work with different suppliers, it is possible that products are shipped separately from each other. If items are missing from your order, you will usually receive them after 2-3 days. We apologize for the inconvenience.
