Shopping online is all about trust. You trust well known retailers, but what about a webshop with great products that you have never heard of before? You buy, pay and pray your order gets delivered?

We know that purchasing on the internet does not always have a happy ending. 

We would like to make you a promise, to make you feel more safe and to show you that we are serious about our customer satisfaction.

If your ordered goods have not arrived yet within 21 days you can request a "Trust Transfer" What does this entail? Contact us via email, Chat or messenger and we will send you a full refund via your used payment method. When the goods do arrive, you contact us and tell us if you would like to keep your purchase or if you wish to return it. If you keep it, we will send you a payment link for the total initial value. If you wish to return the goods we will send you a paid DHL return label, so no return costs for you. How does this sound? Shall we trust each other?
