How to decide on the correct size?
- Measure your wrist size and add about 2cm.
- Don't have a tape measure? Use a piece of rope and put it next to a ruler.
Example: You measure your wrist 17cm. the correct size would be 17+2= L(19cm).

If you would like to cancel your order you have 12 hours to do so. Contact us immediately if you would like to cancel. If 12 hours have passed we are unable to cancel your order as it will be already shipped. Your refund for a cancelled order will take some days depending on your payment method.
Our policy lasts for 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you have received all your ordered items, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Did you order multiple items? Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Exchanges and replacements (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange the received product for another size or another product, please note this on the return form. For exchange of goods we do not charge any additional shipping costs. Any differences in purchase amount will be settled via our system. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to arrive may vary.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We are not responsible for missing parcels.
